The ‘Mara Cottage’ was born using glass to maximise on the view, on water harvesting as well as minimising the effect of wind, and rain. The canvas tents are ideal for all tent lovers and all our accommodation units are well suited for the Mara.
The cottages and tents have three main areas. There is a deck where you can sort and clean your equipment or sit and enjoy the Manyatta atmosphere whilst watching the animals on the plains or at our waterhole. The bedroom consists of a sitting area, a comfortable double bed complete with duvets and textile floor carpets, storage and a work station where you can charge your camera batteries etc. Then we have a modern bathroom complete with a ceramic flush toilet, wash stand and showers with piping hot water.
